Sarah Casalan serves as chief operating officer at Baird & Warner. In this position, Sarah works closely with leadership to oversee operational strategy and implementation throughout the company.

Sarah is an accomplished executive with decades of leadership experience and a proven track record of optimizing operations, elevating client experiences, and empowering independent business owners to succeed. Most recently, Sarah served as president of The UPS Store, Inc., overseeing a network of more than 5,500 locations and 3,900 franchise owners across North America. Earlier in her career, she held high-impact leadership roles with beloved, customer-obsessed brands including J.Crew and Ralph Lauren, as well as Chicagoland icons Accenture and Crate & Barrel.
